Main Aluminum Alloy Grades and Their Characteristics

1. ZL114A/A357.0 Series Aluminum Alloy

ZL114A (A357.0) belongs to high-magnesium Al-Si-Mg alloys:

    0.45–0.75% | Significantly enhances age strengthening effects
  • Ti addition:
    0.08–0.25% | For grain refinement
  • Impurity control:
    Fe ≤ 0.2% | Extremely low levels of other impurities

2. ZL104/Al-Si10Mg Series Aluminum Alloy

  • Moderate Mg content:
    0.15–0.50% | Ensures effective strengthening

3. ZL107/319.0 Series Aluminum Alloy

    6.5–7.5% | Ensures good castability

Applications:
